Inserted Picture Size

Two employees are inserting the same image into Word from the clipboard. One
employee's picture takes up the entire page, the other employee's picture
takes up about two-thirds of the page in Word.

I would like the second employee's image to be displayed as an entire page.
I have compared their settings under Tools>Options but both copies of Word
seem to have the exact same page margins and settings.

If anyone has a suggestion, I would appreciate it. Thank you.

Go to Tools > Options. Click 'Web Options' on the General tab. Go to the
Pictures tab. The default size of an imported graphic is the graphic
resolution divided by the display resolution shown on this tab. (eg if the
original is 10cm at 300 dpi, and Word is set to 96dpi, the picture will be
displayed as 31.25cm (300 / 96 x 10).

You can adjust these settings; or more simply, right-click the graphic,
select format, and set the size you want.

Thanks for your response. I checked the Web Options>Pictures tab, and both
employees' Word is set to Screen size 800 x 600, and Pixels per inch 96.
Shouldn't they display the image the same way in Word?

The reason it's creating a problem for us is that we are using a document
imaging program, and we want to copy documents from this program into Word,
using the clipboard. It's something that we will need to do frequently. The
documents are several pages long, so each page copied into Word needs to be
resized.
