When a row is inserted at the top position in a set of grouped rows (when the
summary row is ABOVE the detail rows), the new blank row should be inserted
without moving the summary row down from its previous postion. This seems to
be a bug, as I would expect that the group would be enlarged with a new blank
line in the new top position below the summary row.
Likewise, when a row is inserted in the top position of a set of grouped
rows (when the summary row is BELOW the detail rows), the new blank row
should be inserted within the group for convenience of enlarging the group.
