inserting a calendar object in a table or form

I am trying to create a form that will populate a table
which will allow the user to click on a date from a
calendar and the date will populate a field in the table.
When the user clicks on a field in the form, I would like
a "calendar" to appear" in which the user could then
click on the desired date and have that date populate the
table.

Is this possible? I am not finding any useful references
in the online Help or website.

NOT in the DatasheetView of the Table. Besides, users shouldn't enter data
directly in the DatasheetView of the Table.
