Inserting a Chart into a Tab on a Form

I am attempting to insert a Chart on a tab in a form from
the Insert on the menu bar. The chart is based on a
query. When I click Insert and then chart and place the
chart pointer where I what the chart the Wizard starts.
Everything goes fine until I click finish and I get a
message Access has experenced a problem and must close.
How do I correct this problem. I have sent it to
Microsoft twice. This has happened to two different
computer with Office XP loaded on both. Both have the
latest updates.
