Inserting a contact in the TO field in an E-mail

I have Outlook 2007. I opened a new E-mail, and want to insert a E-mail
address from my Contacts. So when I click on the TO field in it, I get the
Select Names: Contacts field. The problem is that I have currently three
Outlook Data Files open in my MS Outlook 2007 at one time. When I open a new
E-mail, and click oon the TO field, the only Contacts that are listed are the
ones in the 1st PST Outlook Data Files; I want to be able to open a new
E-mail, and be able to access all three PST Outlook Data Files' Contacts.
How do I do this? Thank you.

Are all the other Contacts folders marked as an Outlook Address Book?
(Right-click on each one, choose Properties and click on the Outlook Address
Book tab)

I figured it out while flaying around with the program; all one needs to do
is to go
to the menu and click GO/CONTACTS; then where the list of Contact Folders
are listed, right click on the name of the folder [that one wants to appear
in their New E-mails' TO field's SELECT CONTACT NAMES window], and in the
pop-up menu, click on PROPERTIES; there, click on the OUTLOOK ADDRESS BOOK
tab, and check the SHOW THIS FOLDER AS AN E-MAIL ADDRESS BOOK option listed
there; then click OK; then when one open's up a New E-mail and clicks on the
TO button, in the SELECT CONTACT NAMES window that opens, click on the
ADDRESS BOOK drop down list, and that Contact Folders name will appear in
that drop down list;
