Inserting a file to a custom form

How to insert a file to a custom form designed in Outlook
2002. The Item command is disabled when added to the tool
bar.

I think you can only insert a file in the Mail Item.

You must retain the Message/Notes control on the form if you want to be able to insert attachments.
