Inserting a functionable window into frame.

CMS

Here's what I'm after: A page with hyperlinks on the left (in their own
frame, they never change) and a frame to the right that changes to whatever
link the user clicks. Instead of an individual file or picture, however, I
want the links to lead to functionable windows the user can browse through on
my site. How can I do this? Thanks.

Frames, however you will still have to create individual page that would load into each frame.

So there is no way FrontPage can simply import an entire folder (any
arbitrary folder within My Documents, for example) into a frame to allow a
user to navigate to a given file? Users will need to go 4-5 folders deep, so
creating individual pages for each would be almost out of the question.
Thanks for the quick response.

No, and I am not aware of any HTML editor capable of doing so either.

All content for you web must be within the your web folder in order to be accessible. You can create
a single page that has links to individual pages, no matter what level the page resides at within
the web.

You can display the contents of a folder as long as you don't have an
"index.htm" (or whatever your host requires as the home page) in it and your
host allows indexing.
