Inserting a jpeg into a world file

When inserting a jpeg into a word document, is there a way to automatically
save and apply settings for crop, height and width for the jpeg to be
inserted? When I insert a jpeg I have to automatically adjust for these
settings everytime.

Not really - the photos should be prepared in terms of print size &
resolution before inserting into another type of file - Word or otherwise.
