Inserting a linked Snapshot object into a PowerPoint presentation

I'm attempting to insert a linked Snapshot object
(generated using MS Access) into a PowerPoint presentation
and the object becomes cropped down to 6.17" x 3.2" and I
can not view the entire file.

Does anyone have any tips on inserting MS Access generated
reports into a MS PowerPoint presentation?
