inserting a movie into a Word web page

Can anyone tell me why "movie" is not in the "Insert" menu
when I am working on a document as a web page. Word help
clearly reads that when insertin a movie into a web page,
first save the doc as a web page, and then click on
'insert>movie' and specify properties.

All I want to do is have a web page play one of my movies.
Did I not install something? Is anyone else having this
problem? Is it a bug?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks
