inserting a picture from a scanner

I just upgraded to Outlook 2007 from 2003 and I would like to know what
happened to the insert picture from scanner or camera option? I used to be
able to insert a picture into the body of my message by scanning it in from
my scanner. I do not see that option anywhere in 2007. Is it gone, or I just
can't find it?
