Inserting a shape

Hello,
is it possible anyhow to insert a shape between existing shapes so, that the
distances in a row between shapes would be automatically retained? I have
organization chart and I need to insert a one new shape in a horizontal row.
The only method I know is manually make place for a new shape, moving
existing shapes to left and right. Is it possible to insert in easier way?

You can always use Re-layout Shapes under the Shapes menu.
