Inserting a Upward Slanting Text Box

I am preparing a form for printing of bank checks where I
want to put across its face the phrase "NOT NEGOTIABLE"
with a text box that slants about 45 degrees upward. I
tried WordArt from MS Words but to no avail.

Hope someone could help me with this problem.

Firstly, use a Report for printing, not a form - they are not designed
for printing stuff.

Secondly, for rotated text boxes, look at www.lebans.com - or design a
graphic for the words you want and link to that when you need it.
