Inserting a Web Page into an Access Form

Does anyone know how can I insert an exisitng web page into an Access form? I've seen it done but I can't figure out how to do it. What I'm trying to do is have scrolling text (from an existing web page) displayed on the side of splash screen. (I use a form for the "splash screen")
