Inserting a Word document into a presentation

Hi all

We have a PowerPoint presentation and a colleague has given us a Word
document which contains an organisation chart that needs to be included in
the presentation.

We have tried simple copy/paste but it doesn't paste the informaton
correctly. Is there any other way of doing this, without having to re-create
the organisation chart all over again?

Any urgent help would be appreciated.

(Office 2000).
