Inserting a Word Document into OneNote

I am not able to insert word documents into OneNote. I have updated to SP1.
I have installed the microsoft document imaging features into word. Still I
get an error. Any suggestions?

Which version of Word do you have? In order to insert the document into
OneNote, you must have Word 2003, and it too must be at SP1. If you are
already there (which I am suspecting you are), let us know what the error
you are getting is so that we can help more.

Using MS Word with SP 1.
The message that I receive is "The document cannot be inserted. To fix this
problem, try one or more of the following..." There are four options. I am
sure you have seen this.
I updated my MSOffice 2003 to include running from my computer the Microsoft
Document Imaging option found in the Tools section of the add/remove features
part of the install function.
