Inserting Access DB fields into Outlook messages

I recently created a database that logs and tracks customer support
calls (date received, support ticket number, support issue, contact
info, etc.). I thought it would be a nice feature, once a call is
entered, to have an automated message sent via Outlook to the customer
that includes information about the Support Ticket that they just
opened - a confirmation email letting them know that their issue has
been logged and is being worked on. How can I paste information
contained in a query into an Outlook message?

what you need to do; is to use SQL Server and Access Data Projects..
that way you can email from the db tier, not the client

Thanks for the idea. I was hoping to accomplish this within Access
itself, does anyone have any other suggestions?
