Inserting Address from Contacts into Existing Document

Help!
I've tried following the help in the product, but I can't
seem to be able to insert an address from my Contacts
into a Word Document. I go to Envelopes and Labels, find
the address in the "Envelopes and Labels" dialog box.
But, for the life of me, I can't find out how to insert
the address into my document. Yes, I tried the "Labels"
tab, too.

What am I missing?

I haven't found an easy way via the Menu bar to do this.

So, I modified my toolbar. Right-click on any TOOLBAR and go to Customize.
Click on the Commands tab
In the categories to the left, click on Insert
In the commands window to the right, scroll down to Address Book.
Using your LEFT mouse button, click and drag it up to the toolbar where you
wish to place it.
Click Close to close the Customize window.
Now, whenever you want to insert an address, click on the Address book and
select the name of the person who you want to address.
