I think I can insert an appointment in the Calendar by using "outlook /c
ipm.appointment" but I need to know the parameters to use to fill the fields
(subject, date, time,...)
Can somebody help me?

I don't believe there is a way to specify any other parameters. Instead,
create an ICS file that people can load. You might be able to use the /t
parameter and an OFT file, but I didn't try it.
