I received a bi monthly time sheet (from my new job) It has a button to
click on to advance to the new dates in the next pay period. I would like to
insert the accounting e-mail addy so it will be their each time I advance to
the next pay period can this be done??
2nd question: Outlook is my mail program when I click on this e-mail link
will it go first to Outlook and then I would have to send it off from
their..... or when clicking on the e-mail link will it send directly to the
e-mail address??

Microsoft Office 2003 Version

Thank-you

If I understand your requirement correctly - which is not easy from your
description :( - then Word already has this function built-in. File > Send
To > Mail Recipient (As Attachment).
