Inserting an object to a report

[RIP]

I am trying to insert an Adobe Acrobat document to a report so I can use the
PDF document as background and print the fields over the PDF doc.

I keep getting the following error:

"The operation on the Acrobat Document object failed.
The OLE server may not be registered.
To register the OLE server, reinstall it."

Also, I tried inserting the object using the "Creat from File" option, I
select the PDF file I want to use... This time the object is inserted, but it
is no longer an 8.5" x 11" form, but instead more like 6"x8". Also, the form
data is not crisp, but rather blurry.

Any ideas on how I can get this to work, or am I approaching this the wrong
way??
