inserting an rs into a table

Hi all,

I read some data from an Excel worksheet into a recordset. after some
processing, I need to append them into an existing Access table. I am not
quite sure how to append an existing recordset into an existing table by VBA
code. Can someone share some suggestons/ code snippets? Thanks.
