Inserting asked information into a document

Mark,

In your document template insert an ASK field. In each place you want the
data to appear insert a REF field to the ASK field bookmark name.

Example: { ASK "Name" "What is your name?" }

My name is { REF Name }

{ } are entered with CTRL+F9.
