inserting at end of ocument

I have a multipage from that has a different footer for all pages after page
1. Once the user types beyond page 1 the new pag opens and the user
continues typing. This may include several additional pages before the user
finishes. Is there a way to insert weither a bookmark or use vba to insert a
new form at the end of the document that is not included in the page
numbering and can REF the information on the current form?

If this is the wrong group for this request please advise.

Just what do you mean by "form" in this instance. Is it a document that
uses formfields and is protected for forms? What content is required on the
"new form" that you want to insert at the end of the document?

In short, there is not enough information to give you a meaningful answer.

The inserted page would have about 10 fields, and check boxes. It would then
pull data from previously filled fields above. So it would have to be locked
via a vba script. The main point is inserting a new page after the end of
the document without affecting page numbers

Insert a Section Break at the end of the document and use the SectionPages
field in place of the NumPages field in the first section of the document.
