Inserting attachments in body of message

I would like to be able to insert attachments in the body of Outlook 2002
messages. However, I have been unable to find an option that will allow me
to do this. If anyone can provide guidance on how to do it, I would be most
grateful.

You can switch to Rich Text format for that. Note that this format is the
least compatible with other mail clients. Only use this format when you know
the recipient is capable of receiving this format correctly and/or when your
mailserver converts them correctly for outgoing messages.
