Inserting Audio and Video Files

OneNote lets you record audio and video files to your notes, but what about
existing files? You should be able to add existing audio and video clips and
in various formats (ie mp3).

You can - just like adding links to any other kind of file. But you won't
get the "follow along" feature that you get when you record your own as
you take notes.
