Inserting blank row between existing rows

I have a spreadsheet that has multiple lines and columns
of data that is imported from another program. Once the
data is imported, I need to have a blank row inserted
between each row containing the data. Is there a formula
or macro that will do this?

If it's just to make it look pretty, how about just increasing the row height.

Select your rows and Format|row|height

(or use the row "headers"--drag one of the selected separators down a bit)
