Inserting Cells from Excel into Powerpoint

I am trying to insert cells from an excel worksheet into a powerpoint slide,
however when I follow the instructions in the help menu, only about 1/2 of
the cells selected appear on the slide inot which I am inserting or pasting
them. this is a group of cells which is not overly wide or long. How do I get
all of the selected cells to appear in the powerpoint slide?

Thanks for the assistance on what must be a trivial question.

I am using Office:mac 2004.
