Inserting CLip Art in Ofiice XP

I just installed XP Pro and MS Office for XP last night.
This morning my son was doing some homework and wanted to
insert some clip art into his paper.
He selected the art, choose insert, and nothing appeared
on his documnet. Did I miss something?

Clipart in XP is slightly different. When you click "Insert", "Picture",
"Clipart" a taskpane opens to the right and you need to search for your
graphic by name. When one comes up you want all you do is click on it and
it will be interted on your document. Is this what you are trying?
