Inserting comments that print

I am trying to insert comments and notes that will print in unused areas of
the GANTT chart view, but are not actually part of the GANTT chart and have
no success.

Hi,

Add all comments to Task Notes. under File, Page Setup select the View tab.
Check the Notes option.

Project will now print a separate page after the Gantt chart with all notes.

Hi Steve,

Sorry to jum in like this, but there is another option, and that is to use
the Text box in the drawing menu. This places a text box on the Gantt chart
in a position of your choosing and holds whatever text you want added. be
carefull though to make sure that as you change the portion of Gantt chart to
be printed, that the text box still appears and does not cover impotant parts
of the chart.
