inserting drop down fields in a word template

i created a form in word 2003 with fill in fields and drop down boxes. i am
now using 2007 and trying to edit the form, but i am completely lost and
unable to find how to add, change and edit the form i previously created.
help.

I suspect you are saying you are missing the Forms tools? If that's the
case, click the Office Button, click Word Options, and in the Popular
section select "Show Developer tab in the Ribbon". Then on the Developer tab
you'll find the Forms tools in the Controls group under Legacy controls.
