Inserting Emedded word charts into excel

I need to embed word charts into excel
I have it sized in excel to fit correctly, but when I paste it in then the
sizing chages, I checked the options and somehow the "sized with window"
option is checking off as I paste. Anyone know how/why this is happening and
how to prevent this?

You've landed in a discussion group for users of Mac versions of Word (not
your fault: it's a charming foible of MS's "discussions" web interface,
which I see you used).

Mac versions differ variously from PC versions, and I think this will be one
of them. Although several people here use both PCs and Macs and may give you
an answer soon, it's likely that more people in a PC group have experienced
your specific problem.

That's odd I just selected discussion group for word it had no mention of mac
oh well I'll try and re-post, thanks for the heads up though
