INSERTING FIELDS USING MAILMERGE

I cannot believe that one cannot insert a space between
Title, First_name and Last_name without cancelling the
dialog box.

Please can someone advise?

WHICH dialog box? You mean the one to insert individual
fields in Word 2002 or 2003? Yeah, I couldn't believe
Microsoft did this, either...
