Inserting Files as Printouts -- TIF sizing

ON07 B2TR -- when "inserting a [TIF] file as a printout" ON07 inserts the
file in a reduced size (approximately 25% of its normal size). Yes, you can
drag to resize back to 100% but this is an added step, and takes considerable
time if you have multiple pages. ON03 handled this correctly from the
start. In fact, so did the first ON07 beta (the problem then was it would
not import the second TIF page and forward, but problem was fixed in
Beta2TR).

Any ideas on why this is now happening and a workaround? Thanks.
