Inserting files without icon

I like the way files inserted into a note page in OneNote 2003 displayed as
the filename without an icon.

In OneNote 2007, I don't want to see the icon. Is there a way to get
inserted files to show in the default OneNote 2003 manner?

No. There is no way to change the appearance as far as embedded files
are concerned.

Different when a file shall only be linked with a hyperlink.
