Outlook allows you to insert a footer when printiing email but, it seems, you
have to insert the footer text each time you print AND have limited options
for automatically generated text (eg date, time, page, page numbers)
Can Outlook be set up to automatically insert the email's folder name in the
footer when printiing email.
This would allow me to cross reference my emails and my hard copy records.
