Inserting fraction symbols

Can anyone tell me where I can find symbols for 1/3 and
2/3? I can find symbols for 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, 5/8 etc. but
not those

1/3 and 2/3 are both in the most recent versions of Arial and Times New
Roman.
