inserting html into Frontpage

I created a rollover in fireworks and I can't get the html to work in
Frontpage XP. Is there something thing that I am not doing correctly? I
exported the html to Frontpage and pasted it in the html of frontpage but it
didn't work. The square shows up where the graphic should be, but it is x'ed
out. Any help would be appreciated.
