Inserting hyperlinks no longer works!

SECOND ATTEPT FOR HELP - Suddenly, FrontPage XP has
stopped allowing me to insert hyperlinks. When I
highlight text on a page and go to Insert Hyperlink, the
application only shows pages that are currently open in
FrontPage, not all pages and files on the server. I have
tried running Tools Web Settings Advanced - Delete Files,
and Tools Recalculate Hyperlinks, but FrontPage still
does not show any pages or files (other than those that
are open) in the dialogue window. I've tried removing and
reinstalling the application, but it still does not work.
I'm desperate to get this working again!

Make sure that you always have a web open (File Menu | Open Web) and not
just individual pages.
