inserting "images of document"

hi

I have started using the insert image of word documents as a way of storing
minutes from meetings that I can then annotate in preparation for the next
meeting.

1. Is it not possible to move the image around the note once in ?

2. will this produce very large notes or cause problems if the files grow ?

just it is an ace way to make personal notes etc on minutes !

If you right-click on the inserted page, and de-select "Set Picture as
Background", then you can move it around. Keep in mind that moving it
like that will affect the rest of the formatting on the page. Set the
picture bask as a background image so that you ensure that your
annotations always appear on top of the printed page.

The inserted image of the document isn't that large and ON should have no
problems with a section containing many many many printed Office docs.
