Inserting jpeg file in a table cell (header for a calendar)

Hi,

I'm having a heck of a time inserting some custom jpeg files into a word
calendar. I have now control over their placement event though I am able to
get the 4 direction arrow. I'm guessing something int he cell formatting is
kicking it out of position. Any ideas on how to accomplish this?
