inserting letterhead graphic behind text in a worksheet

I am attempting to insert our logo into our excel
spreadsheet that generates our quote letter. I would
like the graphic to sit behind all text in the worksheet
when it prints. I know this is a function in Word, but I
cannot seem to move the graphic to the background in
excel. I have tried .bmp, .gif, .png and .tiff, but the
graphic covers up everything else in the worksheet when I
insert it.

Any ideas?
