Inserting more than 1 Custom Properties field

Hi,

[Visio2002]

I am new to Visio. Currently I am trying to insert more
than one Custom Properties field for each object. When I
use Insert->Field, it will only display one field on the
page.

I use the Custom properties field because I get these
values from a Database. I require this info to be
displayed next the the object on the page/printout.

You can insert multiple fields if you are in text edit mode. Don't just
select the shape and choose Insert > Field. Go into text edit mode first
and then insert the field. You can continue typing and add additional
fields as you like.
