Inserting Mpeg Into PowerPoint

Hi,
I have inserted a 30 minuted video into a PowerPoint2000
Presentation. My client wants to be able to control it
using pause, forward, play bars like seen in Windows
Media.

I've inserted the object as a movie and PowerPoint plays
it. Is there a way I can insert it with the Windows Media
Controls intact?

See if using Insert/Object/From File works better. If MPEG is
association with Windows Media Player, the controls should show up.
