inserting my own columns and views in any report

I want to create a custom crosstab report that has my own
columns or views. Is this possible in Project 2002?

Also, what is the best way to print the Gantt chart view
that contains about 3000 tasks to use as little paper as
possible? I've tried the Fit to and scaling options, ive
tried sending to plotters and ive tried using legal paper
and it still doesnt look very good.

what can i do?
