Inserting pages e-mailed to me

S

Sheila

While at work, I emailed a section of my notebook to myself at my home email
address so I could insert it in my OneNote 2003 notebook there. Now I can't
figure out how to actually do that, nor do I know for sure whether it's even
possible.

Does anyone have any experience with this? I don't want to insert it as a
document picture but as the actual page/section in the notebook.

Thanks for any help.

In 2003 simply manually move the .ONE file to where you want it to be in
your notebook structure using Windows Explorer (OneNote should not be
running). Then open OneNote and go to that folder. The new section should
just show up on OneNote. If it does not then just use { File / Open /
Section } and browse to the section. Alternatively, just exit OneNote and
double-click on the file in Windows Explorer. Either will open the
section in OneNote and OneNote will now know where it is.

There is no actual "import" feature.
