inserting picture into header

I have placed table into header and into one of the cells
i want to place picture, but I want it to move in all
kins of directions. So i put the picture into text box
and paste it into table cell in header. But when I do
that, page number changes into 0. What can I do?

I forgot to say: The picture I'm trying to insert is
signature that should stand by name. If I insert it like
a picture the name goes down an I woud have to expand the
table, which I shouldnt do.
