inserting pictures into a cell

Hi All,

Im taking pictures of components at regullar intervals and storing them
seqentially in a file. i then need to display each picture in order in an
excel 'CELL' (i know you can't show them in a cell) so need to know how to
import them continually and simulate a cell reference.

This seems like a biggy of a problem to me but any help would be gratefuly
received,

Hi Neil,

Thank you for your speedy response. Unfortunately your answer is not quite
what ive got in mind.

I may not have been very clear in my explanation, so let me try agian.

I will be taking pictures of manufactured parts. each picture will be stored
in a file in sequential order.

I then need to put each picture into a cell (in excel) sequentially. When i
have done this i can then carryout various reporting options such as Date /
Time and Batch etc.
