Inserting pictures of a window in a word document

I am trying to find out how i can insert a picture of a
window / form into a word document.

Can anyone help me

Show the Form so that it is the active Window. While holding the Alt key
down, press the "prnt scr" key. This capture an image of the active Window
to the clipboard. You can paste the image into Word at this point although
I generally open MSPaint or some other graphics program, paste it there and
save it as a bmp file after making any edits or resizing to fit my document.
Insert the bmp file into your Word document after cleaning it up.

A GIF may be more appropriate than a JPEG for a Word dialog.
