Inserting Pictures - Word2003

In older versions of Word, you could easily select the directory you wanted
to insert pictures from into your document and it would remember the
directory setting. In Word2003, it will not remember the directory. Every
time I insert a picture, I have to re-find and re-select the directory. This
is very annoying and time consuming when I have to insert a lot of pictures
into a report. Why change something that wasn't broke. If anyone has a
solution - OTHER THAN resetting my file location each time I am working in a
document, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

As long as there is no path for "Clip art pictures" on the File Locations
tab of Tools | Options, Word will default to the last-used folder. If there
is a path defined, you have to edit the Registry to remove it.
